The successful service provider will be required to offer a user-friendly banking system that includes competitive and market-related bank charges, immediate telephonic support, and various banking solutions such as internet banking, electronic funds transfer, and cash management services. Additionally, the bank must facilitate services for managing both short-term and long-term investments, ensuring that the municipality's financial needs are met efficiently and effectively.

The scope of work encompasses a range of banking services including, but not limited to, a main bank account for income receipts, electronic funds transfer accounts, and specialized accounts for traffic fines and market transactions. The municipality also requires on-site automated cash deposit services and point-of-sale terminals for customer payments. Proposals should demonstrate experience in providing banking services to municipalities, as well as the capability to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently. The municipality reserves the right to award different services to various financial institutions, ensuring optimal service delivery and value for money.
