Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy for TraderCo Establishment

Eskom is seeking experienced suppliers to assist in the establishment and operationalization of TraderCo, a new unregulated energy trading entity, alongside its interface with EDx Change, a regulated trading entity. This project requires a multi-disciplinary consultancy capable of developing comprehensive business models, governance frameworks, and operational processes necessary for successful market participation in the evolving South African electricity sector. Key tasks include defining the roles and responsibilities of both entities, establishing a commercial and contracting framework, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
