Integrated Waste Management Solutions

This Request for Information (RFI) invites qualified providers to submit innovative solutions for integrated waste management and waste dumping prevention. The initiative aims to address waste management challenges in the Mpumalanga, Free State, Limpopo, and Gauteng regions, focusing on the entire waste management value chain, including waste generation, separation, collection, recycling, and final disposal. Respondents are expected to present sustainable models that promote community engagement and behavior change to prevent waste dumping.

Eskom is particularly interested in solutions that incorporate advanced technologies, decentralized processing systems, and circular economy principles. The successful proposals will demonstrate long-term viability and compliance with local governance structures. This RFI is a precursor to a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring that only those who respond will be invited to participate in future procurement opportunities. All submissions must be made electronically via the Eskom E-tendering site by the specified deadline.
