Seeking a service provider to design, facilitate, and document stakeholder inputs for the Inclusive Land Framework. The project involves workshops in Greater Kruger and national dialogues, focusing on land rights and socio-economic benefits.
The South African National Parks (SANParks) invites qualified service providers to support the development of the Inclusive Land Framework (ILF) through design, facilitation, and documentation of stakeholder inputs. This initiative aims to enhance land rights and promote socio-economic benefits for historically marginalized communities. The selected provider will conduct workshops in the Greater Kruger Mega Living Landscape and a national workshop targeting civic society and government stakeholders. The process will be inclusive, technically sound, and culturally sensitive, ensuring that local languages and community nuances are respected.
The scope of work includes four key phases: technical and conceptual consolidation, social compact and relationship-building, economic and risk dialogues, and consolidation and reporting. Deliverables will comprise workshop reports, a comprehensive Stakeholder Input Report, and a revised Inclusive Land Framework. The project duration is anticipated to span from July 2026 to January 2027, with a focus on creating an implementation-ready framework that aligns with SANParks' Vision 2040 and Mega Living Landscapes approach.
This tender is suitable for consultancy firms specializing in land reform, community engagement, and biodiversity conservation. Businesses with experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder processes and a strong understanding of South African land tenure systems are encouraged to apply.
