The Electoral Commission is inviting proposals for a comprehensive Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution aimed at enhancing security and compliance across its ICT infrastructure. This solution must include software licensing, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance for a duration of three years, covering both Production and Disaster Recovery environments. Key requirements include a centralized management platform for configuring and monitoring privileged access, credential management, session recording, and compliance reporting aligned with standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

The PAM solution should also feature advanced analytics capabilities to identify security risks, policy violations, and provide automated remediation recommendations.
