Business Intelligence Consulting for Agri-Value Chain

The Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) is inviting proposals from experienced agri-specialists, consulting service providers, or independent consultants to assist in transforming their data and business intelligence (BI) offerings. This initiative aims to develop comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will serve both internal stakeholders and external clients, thereby enhancing decision-making processes across the agricultural value chain in South Africa. The scope of work includes analyzing current data systems, identifying gaps, and proposing innovative solutions that facilitate effective monitoring and reporting from orchard to export.
