Construction Health and Safety Services

The Free State Department of Public Works and Infrastructure is inviting expressions of interest from experienced Construction Health and Safety Consultants to oversee the health and safety aspects of the construction of Morena Tshohisi Moloi II Primary School. This project spans from Stage 5 (Construction Documentation and Management) to Stage 6 (Project Close Out), ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations as outlined in the Project and Construction Management Profession Act. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering comprehensive health and safety services, including risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance monitoring throughout the construction phase.

Consultants must be registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as Professional Construction Health and Safety Agents (PrCHSA). The project is currently at approximately 30% completion, and the appointed consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring that health and safety standards are met, thereby safeguarding the well-being of all personnel involved.
