Food and Beverage Services Provision

Eskom is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified service providers for the provision of food and beverage services at its Sunilaws Office Park in East London and Zimbane Complex in Mthatha. The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality food options, including hot meals, grab-and-go selections, and tuck-shop services, ensuring a balanced menu that caters to various dietary needs such as Halaal, gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free meals. Additionally, a wide range of beverages, including coffee, tea, juices, and smoothies, should be offered.

The service provider must supply a mobile food and beverage unit stationed in a designated area with access to electricity and water. The RFI aims to gather innovative solutions and market capabilities to enhance the dining experience for Eskom employees and visitors. Interested parties should provide comprehensive details about their service model, operational approach, compliance with health and safety regulations, and any technology solutions for pre-ordering and menu sharing.
