Managed Security Service for Zscaler App

South African Airways is seeking quotations for the supply, implementation, and operational management of the Zscaler App and platform as a fully managed security service. This solution will include Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), providing security for approximately 2,500 users, with an additional 10% growth buffer to accommodate workforce expansion without immediate renegotiation. The successful service provider will be responsible for day-to-day policy management, monitoring, reporting, and ongoing support, ensuring continuous visibility into secure internet traffic, user activity, and threat detection.

The selected vendor will enable secure access for users, replacing traditional perimeter-based security with a client proxy running on local machines. The solution must provide cloud-based inspection and policy enforcement, protecting against phishing, malware, and advanced threats. Additionally, the service should deliver centralized visibility, analytics, and reporting on user activity and threat posture, contributing to a measurable reduction in the attack surface and improved security maturity for South African Airways.
