Robotic Platforms for EOD, CBRN, and Surveillance

The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is inviting quotations for the supply of robotic platforms tailored for critical operations in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Improvised Explosive Device Defeat (IEDD), and CBRN detection. These platforms will enhance the capabilities of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) in high-risk environments, enabling remote detection, inspection, and neutralization of threats. The tender encompasses four distinct lots, each with specific requirements ranging from heavy-duty tracked robots to lightweight reconnaissance units, catering to diverse operational needs.
