This tender invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for a Professional Business Coaching Programme aimed at developing accredited coaching competencies that foster personal and organizational success. The program must be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and should span a minimum of three months, conducted face-to-face in Gauteng. Participants will gain essential skills in core coaching competencies, aligning individual and organizational strategies, and enhancing leadership capabilities for optimized team performance.
Key content areas include the ethics of coaching, distinctions between coaching and other support roles, and various integrative practices to develop a unique coaching style. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of competence and 15 Continuing Development Points (CDP). Bidders must provide proof of accreditation and adhere to specific requirements outlined in the tender documentation, ensuring compliance with the Department's procurement policies.
