The Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA) is inviting bids for the review of ten sets of full occupational qualifications. This project aims to enhance the quality and relevance of qualifications in the education and training sector by ensuring they meet current industry standards and requirements. The successful service provider(s) will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of curriculum, assessment specifications, and qualification documents, as well as developing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) mechanisms tailored to each qualification.
The scope of work includes participation in qualification scoping meetings, detailed reviews of existing qualification documents, and the production of compliance reports to the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in developing occupational qualifications and must be trained by the QCTO. This project not only aims to improve occupational qualifications but also to ensure that they align with the National Skills Development Plan, ultimately benefiting employers, workers, and the broader community.
