Legal Liability and OHS Compliance Training

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is inviting proposals from experienced service providers to deliver essential training in Legal Liability and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Compliance. This training is aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of ten SHE Committee Members and eleven RAF Managers in critical areas such as first aid, fire fighting, emergency evacuation procedures, incident investigation, and legal responsibilities under the OHS Act. Each training session is designed to be completed in one day, ensuring that participants receive focused and intensive instruction.

The successful provider will be responsible for sourcing an external training venue within a 30 km radius of the RAF's Eco Glades Office Park in Centurion, ensuring that the venue is equipped with necessary facilities. The training will include practical demonstrations, assessments, and the issuance of certificates upon completion. Providers must demonstrate their accreditation and experience in delivering OHS training, as well as their ability to meet the RAF's stringent security and compliance requirements.
