National Employee Wellness Programme Services

The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is inviting proposals for the appointment of a service provider to implement a National Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) and provide adhoc Occupational Health (OH) services for a duration of 36 months. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering a range of services aimed at improving the overall health and wellbeing of PRASA employees, including a 24-hour helpline, lifestyle management programs, and onsite support during emergencies. The EWP will also include training programs for employees and management to enhance coping skills and resilience, thereby fostering a healthier workplace environment.

In addition to EWP services, the provider will offer Occupational Health services, including medical surveillance and assessments, to ensure compliance with health regulations and enhance employee safety. The successful bidder must demonstrate experience in managing similar projects, possess relevant professional registrations, and provide a robust methodology for service delivery. This initiative aims to create a supportive work environment that prioritizes employee health and productivity, ultimately benefiting PRASA as a whole.
