Sentech, a state-owned broadcasting and telecommunications infrastructure provider, is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, deliver and install a new high-security perimeter fence at its Franschhoek site in the Southern Region of the Western Cape. The works cover site verification and setting out, excavation and 30 MPa concrete foundations (minimum 600 x 400 mm), and approximately 70 m of 1.8 m Clear View welded-mesh fencing (12.6 x 76.2 mm aperture, 3.4 mm wire). The fence will use 76 x 76 x 3 mm hot-dip galvanized SHS posts with moisture-proof caps, anti-vandal panel fixings, and 500 mm galvanized concertina security coil.
