Late, incomplete, unsigned, pencilled, faxed, telegraphic or e-mailed bids will not be evaluated. Bids must remain valid for 90 days after the closing date. Bids will be opened in public in the Council Chamber, Ground Floor, Civic Centre. The municipality is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to accept part of a bid.
