Detailed Description

Cape Town Stadium (RF) SOC Limited (CTS) invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the provision of due diligence services to the Cape Town Stadium. The tender, reference CTS T009/2026/27, was published on 23 October 2026 and closes on 13 November 2026 at 12:00. The advert does not specify a CIDB contractor grading, and no compulsory briefing session or site meeting has been scheduled. The detailed scope of work, specifications and submission guidelines are contained in the full tender documentation, which bidders must obtain before submitting a proposal.

Tenders must be submitted on the official CTS tender documentation. Bidders can obtain documents electronically free of charge by emailing the enquiries contact, Nadia Barnard, at CTS.Tenders@capetown.gov.za, or purchase physical copies from the supply chain office for a non-refundable fee of R200 per document, payable in cash. Completed tenders must be placed in a sealed A4 envelope clearly marked with the tender number and description, and deposited in Tender Box 1, Level 01, Foyer C reception area, DHL Stadium, Fritz Sonnenberg Road, Green Point, Cape Town. Late tenders and electronically submitted tenders will not be accepted. CTS reserves the right to reject tenders that are not suitably endorsed or comprehensively completed, to accept a tender in whole or in part, and not to necessarily accept the lowest-priced offer.

Evaluation will be based on price, preference points and compliance with the tender requirements, following the CTS Supply Chain Management Policy. The evaluation uses an 80/20 split, with 80 points for price and 20 points for preference. The preference points are allocated as follows: 5 points for race, 5 points for gender, 5 points for skills development and 5 points for SMMEs. CTS states that it is committed to fair and equitable competition, that all offers will be opened in public, and that bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Suitable Businesses

Suitably qualified and experienced firms providing due diligence or related advisory services, particularly those able to demonstrate relevant public sector experience. Because the evaluation awards 20 preference points for race, gender, skills development and SMME status, businesses that meet these criteria may benefit from the preference scoring. No CIDB grading is required. Businesses should obtain the full tender documentation to confirm the detailed scope and compliance requirements before bidding.
