South Cape TVET College is seeking a suitable service provider to supply and deliver corporate branded attire for its Senior Management Team (SMT) and Council Members under RFQ ZM 03/2026. The requirement covers 18 designated individuals and includes two garment types: blue puffer jackets, in quantities of 4 (L), 10 (XL), 1 (2XL), 2 (3XL) and 1 (5XL), and black formal blazers for both ladies and men, in quantities of 4 (L), 11 (XL), 2 (3XL) and 1 (6XL). Garments must be made from durable, high-quality materials and carry specified embroidery: the Department of Higher Education and Training logo on the front left breast and the official College logo on the front right breast. Thread must be high-durability and colourfast, matching official brand guidelines.
The successful bidder must deliver the goods to 125 Mitchell Street, George, 6530, coordinating delivery schedules with on-site personnel and the Central Office. Goods must be handled carefully to avoid damage, and the College will perform fitting and testing under various conditions, with any defects addressed before handover. Bidders are required to submit a sample before the full order is delivered. A six-month return warranty on defects applies, and the provider must demonstrate capacity for ongoing technical support and after-sales service during the warranty period. No site inspection is required.
