South Cape TVET College is seeking a service provider to supply and install four 450-litre electrical hot water geysers at its Hessequa Campus in Riversdale, Western Cape. The scope covers the full replacement of the existing 450L boilers. The contractor must remove the old units, make good the affected areas, and prepare the sites for the new installations. The specified units are Kwikot or an approved equivalent 450L MF-450V, 400kPa geysers, supplied complete with all necessary fittings. The works also include 22mm copper pipework and fittings, vacuum breakers, non-return valves, ball valves, thermal legging, and the High Flow Multi Pressure Valve. Each geyser must be connected to the three-phase electrical supply, with thermostats, conduits, and plugs included. Testing and commissioning are part of the price.
