Microsoft 365 Licenses and Productivity Tools

The Information Regulator is inviting bids for the provision of 170 Microsoft 365 E3 licenses, which will include essential tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online Plan 2, SharePoint Online Plan 2, OneDrive for Business, and Windows 11 Enterprise. Additionally, the tender includes 30 Microsoft Teams Premium licenses, 2 Microsoft Entra ID P2 licenses, 3 Microsoft Audio Conferencing licenses, and 10 Microsoft Visio Plan 2 licenses, along with 3 Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2026 licenses. The successful bidder will provide these licenses for a duration of 36 months, ensuring that all licenses are registered and linked to the Information Regulator's systems.

This procurement is crucial for the Regulator to maintain compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) while enhancing its operational capabilities.
