The Limpopo Economic Development Agency is inviting bids for the provision of a full Employee Wellness Programme aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of its 280 employees and their immediate family members. The successful service provider will be responsible for offering a range of services, including 24-hour tele-counseling, face-to-face psychological support, life management services such as legal and financial advice, and health risk screenings. The program aims to address psychosocial challenges faced by employees both at work and home, ensuring a supportive environment that promotes mental health and overall well-being.

Key requirements include the establishment of a toll-free call center staffed with qualified professionals, the provision of health screenings on a quarterly basis, and the development of a monitoring and evaluation tool to assess the effectiveness of the services provided. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, provide a detailed project plan, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
