Photographer Services for Annual General Meeting

The Banking Sector Education and Training Authority (BANKSETA) is seeking a qualified photographer to document its Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 04 December 2026. The venue will be confirmed as one of three locations in the Houghton, Melrose Arch (Melrose Boulevard) or Sandton areas. The assignment is a six-hour shoot from 09h00 to 14h00, with the service provider required to set up at 08h00 and capture event photography from 10h00 to 14h00. Quotations close on 10 November 2026 at 14h00 and must remain valid for 90 days. Pricing must be a total cost for the full scope, show VAT separately, and cannot be adjusted after the closing date.
