Event Medical Services

The Afrikaans Language Museum and Monument is inviting quotations for specialized event medical services to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees during its public events, workshops, and cultural activities. The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering qualified medical personnel, including paramedics and first responders, along with fully equipped medical kits and first aid stations on-site. Additionally, the provider must ensure rapid emergency response capabilities and ambulance services for immediate transportation to healthcare facilities when necessary.

Key requirements include a valid SARS tax clearance certificate, registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and proof of public liability and professional indemnity insurance. The service provider must demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience in delivering event medical services, with qualified staff trained in emergency medical response, first aid, and CPR. The contract duration is set for two years, subject to satisfactory performance, and all quotations must include clear pricing that encompasses all costs, including VAT.
