The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) is inviting quotations under RFQ QCTO 25/2026 from reputable and qualified service providers to render car wash services for its fleet of 12 pool vehicles over a period of 36 months. The fleet comprises 10 Toyota Corollas 1.4, one H1 Combi (8-seater) and one Hilux Double Cab bakkie. The contract requires the service provider to attend QCTO premises in Hatfield, Pretoria, twice a month on Fridays or as needed, and to supply all cleaning tools, materials and detergents. Vehicles must be washed in line with the QCTO specification, which is a full-service wash covering interior and exterior cleaning, carpet vacuuming, window cleaning, dash cleaning, tyre polishing, boot cleaning and preservative treatment. A valet clean must also be completed once a year.
Bidders must submit their quotation by email to RFQ@qcto.org.za by the closing date of 9 November 2026 at 11:00. The submission must include the completed SBD 6.1 (preference points claim form) and SBD 4 (bidder's disclosure), a proposal and quotation, a recent Central Supplier Database (CSD) report with tax status verified, a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and a bank confirmation letter. Late, faxed or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Evaluation is based on the 80/20 or 90/10 preference point system, with points for price and specific goals, including black, youth and women ownership, and locality within Gauteng. QCTO reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any quotation.
