Sanitation Infrastructure Construction – Primary School

The Department of Education, through Public Works, is seeking a qualified contractor to construct new sanitation infrastructure at Magadlela Primary School. The scope covers the design-to-specification construction of new ablution and sanitation facilities, together with associated external works such as drainage, connections to existing services, paving, and site reinstatement. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the tender drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) provided in the tender documentation.

The project is subject to a CIDB contractor grading of 5GB or higher, meaning bidders must hold a valid CIDB registration at or above this grade in the relevant construction category. The contract period is 10 calendar months from the commencement date.
