Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Production Inputs

To be considered, bidders must submit a sealed, signed quotation by 12:00 on 09 November 2026 to the tender box at 201 Main Street, Cofimvaba, opposite KFC. Late, faxed, e-mailed or unsigned submissions will not be accepted. Returnable documents include a valid tax compliance PIN or Tax Compliance Status certificate, CK1/CK2 company registration documents, a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit no older than 12 months, directors' identity documents, and proof of municipal account clearance (no arrears older than three months). Bidders must also complete MBD forms 1, 4, 6.1, 6.2, 8 and 9 (MBD 7 is excluded), and must be registered on the Central Supplier Database. Any corrections to prices must be initialled, and the use of tipp-ex will render a bid non-responsive. Bidders should also note that the eTenders listing names Intsika Yethu Local Municipality as the buyer, while the RFQ document refers to Vuyisile Mini Local Municipality. Bidders should confirm the procuring entity and the bid reference before submitting.
