Hessequa Municipality invites tenders for the appointment of a service provider to hire earth moving equipment and construction vehicles for the period from the date of appointment until 30 June 2029. The contract supports the Municipality's ongoing civil and infrastructure activities, providing access to plant and machinery on an as-needed basis without the capital outlay required for ownership. Bidders must submit the fully completed original tender document in a sealed, clearly endorsed envelope to the tender box at the Hessequa Municipality Absa Building, corner of Dickson and Church Streets, Riversdale, by 12:00 on Friday, 04 December 2026. Bids must remain valid, irrevocable and open for acceptance for 90 days after the closing date. Supporting documents required include a valid original tax clearance certificate, a B-BBEE certificate and certified copies of directors' identity documents. Prospective service providers not yet registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) must register without delay, as the Municipality reserves the right not to award tenders to unregistered suppliers.
