Stakeholder Mapping and Framework Development

The National Research Foundation (NRF) is inviting proposals from qualified independent service providers to undertake a thorough mapping and assessment of its stakeholders. The key deliverable will be a strategic stakeholder framework designed to enhance the NRF's engagement and collaboration with various partners, including government institutions, NGOs, and private sector entities. The selected provider will work closely with the NRF's Business Advancement unit to ensure that the framework aligns with the organization's strategic priorities and operational needs.

This project is expected to span 12 months, commencing upon contract award. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive analysis of stakeholder relationships, identifying potential collaboration opportunities, and developing a framework that supports effective partnership management and fundraising activities.
