Nquthu Local Municipality, in KwaZulu-Natal, invites suitably qualified law firms to apply for appointment to a panel of attorneys for a period of 36 months. The panel will provide legal services across seven practice areas: public law and municipal law; town planning and environmental law; building and construction; labour law; property law, conveyancing and notarial registrations; and forensic legal services. Appointed firms will be engaged on an as-needed basis to advise the municipality and handle matters within these areas, supporting its governance, service delivery and compliance obligations.
