Monthly, quarterly and annual electronic reporting is required, covering invoices, ticket details, accommodation usage, management fees, discounts and total expenditure by category. Providers must also maintain traveller profiles, comply with the College's Travel and Accommodation policy, and seek the best available prices, including government discounts.
