Land Acquisition for Eskom's Limpopo Unit

Eskom Distribution, a division of Eskom Holdings SOC Limited, is conducting a market-testing exercise to acquire land for its Limpopo Operating Unit in Modimolle. The required land area is between 6000 and 7000 square meters, ideally located near the Eskom CNC facility. This land will be used for the storage of poles, transformers, and park homes, necessitating a reasonably flat terrain with all necessary permissions and approvals in place.

Interested parties, including property owners and authorized agents, are invited to submit their expressions of interest electronically via the Eskom E-tendering site. Submissions must include essential details such as ownership proof, land location, size, layout, and amenities. This tender is not an invitation to bid but rather a preliminary step to gauge market availability. Eskom reserves the right to inspect the offered land and will notify selected respondents to submit detailed proposals later.
