Certain forms are non-disqualifiable and can be requested within five working days. A reverse e-auction training acknowledgement form is required if the tender proceeds to auction. Tenderers must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) before contract award, and must provide tax compliance evidence, a non-disclosure agreement, and a signed local content declaration (SBD 6.2).
