Leasing of Head Office Building

The Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is inviting proposals for the leasing of a head office building that meets A-Grade standards within a 40 km radius of OR Tambo International Airport. The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering a turnkey solution, which includes space planning, interior design, architectural and engineering services, retrofitting, and obtaining municipal approvals. The contract will span an initial period of seven years with an option to renew for an additional two years.

The building must accommodate ATNS's operational needs, providing a minimum Gross Lettable Area (GLA) of 7,000 m² and up to 7,500 m². Essential features include accessibility for individuals with disabilities, adequate parking facilities, and backup utilities for uninterrupted operations. This project aims to create a conducive working environment for ATNS employees while ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks governing office buildings. The successful bidder will play a crucial role in enhancing ATNS's operational efficiency and corporate identity through effective space utilization and design.
