Pricing is set against a schedule of rates covering access equipment (MEWPs, scaffolding, fall restraint), asbestos air monitoring and clearance, waste removal and disposal, and inspection and testing. Mandatory requirements include a compulsory site briefing and inspection on 19 November 2026 at 11:00, CIDB registration as a General Building contractor at 3GB grading or higher, and registration as a Type 3 asbestos contractor with the Chief Inspector of the Department of Employment and Labour.
